Website and property experience terms

These terms govern public Perspective Works websites, Agent Pages, property presentations, public and private Home Guides and Property Concierge. Separate signed terms govern agent and brokerage services.

What Perspective Works provides

Perspective Works provides technology and managed property-presentation services. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not represent a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant. The identified agent and employing brokerage are responsible for their real estate services and advertising obligations.

Property information

Property pages are marketing and general-information materials. Information may change or contain errors. Independently verify material matters including price, availability, dimensions, condition, taxes, fees, permitted use, schools, routes, documents and transaction terms. A page is not an offer, agreement, appraisal, inspection, warranty or guarantee.

No representation relationship

Viewing a page, using Concierge or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create an agency, representation, fiduciary or client relationship. The identified listing agent may represent another party.

Home Guide and Property Concierge

Home Guide and Concierge answer from the approved property record available to the visitor’s access level. AI-assisted answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, financial, tax, investment, appraisal, inspection or mortgage advice. They do not guarantee value, return, school placement, condition or legal use.

Private buyer access

A secure Home Guide access link is intended for the buyer and should be routed through the buyer’s agent. The buyer enters and verifies their own email before private access begins. After activation, the verification email remains the return point during the stated access period and may send a fresh one-time access link to the email already on record. Do not forward an activated invitation or attempt to bypass its access controls. Access may end when the stated period expires or earlier where required for security, correction, law or an authorized service change.

Images and plans

Visible labels are part of the presentation. AI visualizations and renders are illustrative, not photographs of existing conditions. Floor plans are not surveys or guarantees of dimensions. Inspect and verify the property independently.

Enquiries

An enquiry authorizes Perspective Works to deliver the request to the identified agent and brokerage for a response. Do not send deposits, identity documents, financial information, offers, agreements, access codes or urgent instructions through a general form or Concierge.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, access restricted information, scrape content systematically, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, remove disclosures or use the service unlawfully or discriminatorily.

Intellectual property

Perspective Works and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, presentation systems, design and original content. Property media, agent materials and third-party marks remain with their respective owners. You may view public pages for personal lawful property evaluation; no broader commercial licence is granted.

Availability and liability

We may correct, restrict, suspend or remove content and do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, public experiences are provided as available without guarantees not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ontario law and contact
